Stephen Hardy joined CCG as a partner in 2024, bringing two decades of expertise in driving growth for nonprofits and businesses. With extensive experience working with C-level executives from Fortune 500 and 1000 companies to local nonprofits, Stephen has led high-performing teams in startups and established enterprises.

Stephen specializes in optimizing customer journeys and developing revenue expansion and retention strategies that deliver measurable impact and value. His professional mission is to empower growth-oriented organizations and individuals to unlock, develop, and maximize their potential, achieving compounding results.

Stephen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from Florida Gulf Coast University, a Master’s in Nonprofit Management, and a Graduate Certificate from the University of Central Florida. He has also earned certifications in Leading Remote Teams from Cornell University and Change Management from APMG International.
