Tim Eames is the founder and managing partner of C C G. He is responsible for all aspects of the firm's strategy, team and operations. Tim leads the firm in its mission to deliver the best client results in the management consulting industry.

Additionally, Tim is the Executive Director of Foundation 59, a local non-profit organization that sets academic standards, provides one-on-one mentoring, and financial assistance to competitive junior golfers.

Tim specializes in working with organizational transformations involving strategy, people, growth, performance improvement and organizational effectiveness. He has worked with clients in many different sectors and industries. Recently, he has led the strategy and growth process of real estate company, helping them surpass $8M in revenue.

Tim holds a Masters Degree in Business Management from Liberty University and a BS in Psychology from Grace College where he was named "Who's Who Among American Colleges and Universities." Prior to founding C C G, his professional experiences were with technology, retail, faith-based organizations, manufacturing, and service industries.
