The CCG Process

Here at CCG we recognize that new relationships should not begin with big commitments. That's why we don't lock our clients into long-term contracts. We think we should "date" first and then see if we want something more from the relationship.  
Our onboarding process is simple.  We show you what we can do to strengthen, scale, and grow your business in 60 days, and if you're not happy with our customized strategic plan after 60 days, no hard feelings.  It's not you, it's us.

1st Meeting

We want to understand your passion by discussing what's important to you.

Days 1 - 30

We set up your accounting, clean up your books, identify areas of improvement, and get to know you better.

2nd Meeting

We personally review your report together and make sure it fits the needs of your business.

Day 60

2nd monthly report delivered that includes customized growth plan with financial and operational strategy.

Info. Collect

We collect all of your account information and any policies or procedures that exist.

Day 30

1st monthly report delivered with customized financials tailored to help make your business make sense.

Days 31 - 60

We develop your fully integrated business strategy and make recommendations for growth.

3rd Meeting

We review your 2nd report and have our "DTR" talk (define the relationship). Hopefully we have a bright future together.
